Common issues and how to fix them.
My Step is stuck on "queued"
A Step needs usable outputs from all required upstream Steps. Double-click the upstream Step and check whether it errored or has not produced an output yet. Automatic downstream progress can also wait at a Step with Pause for confirmation; review that output and click Confirm & run next steps.
I'm out of credits
AI generation, transcription and final video rendering spend credits (the editing in between is free). When your balance reaches zero, runs stop until you top up. Do one of:
- Buy a credit pack under Settings → Billing — purchased credits stay valid for 1 year.
- Upgrade to Pro for a monthly credit allowance and watermark-free video exports. Free remains available permanently.
I deleted a flow by accident
Deleting a flow always asks you to confirm first — that prompt is the safeguard, so check the name before you accept it. Once confirmed, the delete is permanent: there's no separate trash or backup to restore from.
Any sessions you already opened from the Flow keep their own copy of its graph, so an existing session still opens after the Flow is gone — a good place to rebuild from.
