Is IceFold free?

Yes — and the free tier is the whole product. You get the canvas, every built-in node type, every preset Studio, the Market, Custom Python Nodes, self-hosted runners, and a one-time grant of 1,000 welcome credits.

Pro adds monthly credit renewal, watermark-free exported video, and a 2 GB / 5,000-file Library instead of Free's 1 GB / 2,500-file Library. Everything else is the same on Free. Stay on Free for as long as you like; subscribe to Pro or buy a credit pack when you need more credits.

Does my data leave my browser?

Spaces, flows, sessions and uploads sync to IceFold's servers so they follow you across devices. You own your data and can wipe it any time from Settings → Profile → Danger zone.

When an AI Step calls an external provider, the prompt and any referenced media are forwarded to that provider. We only work with providers under a zero data retention policy — they don't store your prompts or media, and don't use them to train their models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do refunds work?

See the Refund Policy section. Short version: subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the paid period.
