Welcome to IceFold. By accessing or using the IceFold platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully — they describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must register an IceFold account before using the Service. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age of digital consent in your country — to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the flows, prompts, media, custom nodes, and any other content you upload or generate through the Service ("User Content"). You grant IceFold a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and transmit your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any third-party content you introduce into your flows (including reference audio, images, videos and text).

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
generate, upload or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence, self-harm, or hatred on protected grounds;
attempt to probe, scan or otherwise circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service;
reverse engineer the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
use the Service to build a directly competing product that substitutes for IceFold.

4. AI-generated output

IceFold orchestrates third-party AI models behind platform-managed accounts; usage is metered in credits. Output produced by these models can be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or acting on it.

You agree not to represent AI-generated output as unaided human work where doing so would mislead your audience or violate applicable disclosure requirements.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

The Service is metered in credits. New accounts receive a welcome credit grant; paid subscriptions ("Pro", "Team") grant a credit allowance each billing period that expires at the end of that period, and one-time credit packs grant credits that remain valid for one year from purchase. Paid plans and packs are billed through our payment processor. Prices, included credits and plan features are described on the Plans page and may change on prospective notice.

You can cancel a paid plan from the Billing tab at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Marketplace submissions

If you submit a custom node or flow to the IceFold Market, you confirm that the submission is yours (or properly licensed), that it contains no malicious code, and that it does not exfiltrate user data. We review submissions and may reject, unpublish, or remove any listing at our discretion.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data from Settings > Profile > Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, on reasonable notice where practical.

Upon termination the licences you granted for the Service to operate on your User Content end, except for backups retained for a limited period in the ordinary course.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, IceFold disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid IceFold in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will bump the version number and re-prompt you for consent on your next visit. Continued use of the Service after an updated version is accepted constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
