Questions before you start
What can I create with IceFold?
Create product ads, animated stories and short films, and produce the scripts, images, voiceovers and captions they need. Start with your material, describe your goal or choose a starter workflow.
Can I start before I have a script or a clear style?
Yes. Bring even a rough idea. The assistant can suggest directions and help develop the story and style before production. If you already know what you want, or want the assistant to choose, say so and move ahead.
Can I change direction or edit the result?
Yes. Discuss a different approach, ask for a specific change or edit the relevant step yourself. Compare versions and choose what to rerun. Further generation uses credits; you decide where work pauses for review.
How does IceFold handle my content and data?
Your content belongs to you. Spaces, flows, sessions and uploads sync to IceFold's servers so you can use them across devices. When an AI step calls an external provider, its prompt and referenced media go only to providers with zero data retention; they don't store that content or use it to train their models. You can delete your account and data at any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and keep access until the paid period ends. Your data is kept when you downgrade.
